Line Item Bids - Information for VendorsMembers request “specific quantities” of “specific items”. Bid responses shall be made only to items on the bid. Awarded items will be delivered to each participating member throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Bid publishing and closing dates are within parenthesis below. All bid pricing must be submitted electronically and all required bid documents must be received in our office no later than the end bidding date and time below.
