KPN National Contracts: Members from all states may purchase from any of the national KPN contracts.

AEPA/KPN Regional Contracts: Members from PA, MD, WV, DE, DC and other states by permission may purchase from the AEPA bids.

Construction Service Contracts with ezIQC: Members from PA only.
