Right-to-Know

Requests and access under the Right-to-Know (Open Records) Law shall be governed by the law itself (Act 3 of 2008), as well as the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit’s board policy regarding Right-to-Know.

Associated Fees

CSIU shall use the fee schedule established by the PA Office of Open Records to determine costs.

Requestor shall pay all fees prior to CSIU releasing records to the Requestor. Requestor’s refusal to pay these fees will result in CSIU making them available for review only.
